Online consultation is based on the photos, videos, and information you send before the consultation. However, not every condition can be assessed online. If an examination or testing is needed, we will recommend a clinic visit.
How It Works
- Contact us by LINE, phone, or the contact form.
- Tell us your pet’s species, age, weight, symptoms, and contact phone number.
- If you have photos or videos showing the symptoms, please send them by LINE.
- Our staff will review the information and explain the process, fee, and available consultation time.
- Speak with a veterinarian by phone or LINE Call.
- Receive advice on home care, product selection, or when a clinic visit may be needed.
If you would like a video call, please tell our staff in advance. An additional fee may apply.
Information to Send Before the Consultation
- Pet’s name
- Pet species, such as dog, cat, or an exotic pet that can be assessed by consultation
- Age and current weight
- Contact phone number
- Symptoms and when they started
- Photos or videos showing the symptoms
- Photos of current medicines, food, or care products
- Names, doses, and frequency of current medicines
- Any chronic conditions or medicine allergies
- Anything specific you would like to ask or are worried about
The photos, videos, and information you send will be used to review your consultation request and contact you from the clinic. Please send only the information needed for the consultation.

If the symptoms seem serious, please call us without waiting for a LINE reply. Our staff will help check whether your pet can come to our clinic or should go directly to an animal hospital.
